Tata Steel to divest South Africa iron ore mine

Tata Steel has agreed to divest to IMR Asia Holding its entire stake in Black Ginger 461, which owns a 64% shareholding in South Africa-based Sedibeng Iron Ore. The ZAR 366 million ($24.9m) divestment is expected to be completed in October 2019.
