Tata Steel continues EC talks on tk merger concerns
Tata Steel Europe has confirmed it will continue discussions with the European Commission on the concerns authorities raised over the merger agreed with thyssenkrupp’s steel business.
Earlier this week the EC announced that it would undertake a Phase II review of the merger proposal to investigate certain areas of preliminary competition concern.
