Tata Ijmuiden could face prosecution over emissions

The Dutch public prosecution service has announced it will start litigation against Tata Steel Europe over graphite rains allegedly caused by the blast furnaces around the company's IJmuiden site. According to Dutch press reports, the graphite rains have caused problems in a nearby town for years.
