Talleres y Aceros contracts Primetals for ladle furnace
Mexican steel producer Talleres y Aceros, or TYASA, has entered a contract with Primetals Technologies to acquire a new twin ladle furnace, learns Kallanish.
The furnace will be located at the Ixtaczoquitlán facility and is expected to increase overall facility capacity. Installation is scheduled to begin in July 2023.
