Talks over Ilva’s future set to restart soon
Talks over the future of Ilva and the acquisition of the site by AM Investco, the joint venture majorly controlled by ArcelorMittal, are set to restart soon, after a minor setback registered last week.
As reported by Kallanish, Carlo Calenda, the Italian minister for business development, suspended talks last week as the regional authorities in Taranto lodged an appeal that could have put the future of the mill in jeopardy.
