Taiwanese scrap market sees slight recovery
The Taiwanese scrap market strengthened this week and saw a slight increase in prices from last week. Although the rapid rise in Turkish scrap has driven Taiwan's scrap prices, the attitude of Taiwan buyers remains conservative, Kallanish notes.
