Swiss federal court quashes Riva funds transfer
A Swiss federal court in Bellinzona has officially upheld an appeal filed by part of the Riva family, invalidating the transfer of €1.2 billion ($1.27 billion) seized from Ilva’s former owners, Kallanish learns. The funds seized from Riva family will now be held in Lugano’s UBS bank accounts.
