Liaoning steelmakers plan capacity replacement
Dongbei Special Steel Group will construct a new blast furnace with its own quota, according to the Liaoning Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Liaoyang government has also published the capacity replacement plan of Liaoyang United Steel, Kallanish notes.
