Tightening Chinese restrictions halt blast furnaces
Announcements by local governments enforcing winter restrictions have begun to result in the closure of some small blast furnaces. After China's winter production restrictions have been judged as weaker than a year ago, local governments are coming under pressure to increase restrictions.
