Steelmakers cooperate with DiDi to resettle dismissed workers

Chinese steelmakers are cooperating with DiDi, a transportation platform company which has just absorbed the Chinese subsidiary of Uber, to re-employ workers losing their jobs to China's steel capacity elimination campaigns.
