Steel slips as Shagang stalls
Chinese steel futures were higher on Wednesday morning and then fell towards the end of the day as they continued to be bounced around by sentiment and speculators. The lack of direction was exemplified by Shagang, however, which kept list prices flat, Kallanish notes.
