Steel prices moving sideways, buyers bide time: Irepas
European steel prices, although slowing their downtrend in recent weeks, are likely to move sideways rather than increase in the fourth quarter. Many buyers, meanwhile, are postponing purchases because they believe they can get still lower prices if they wait.
