Steel futures stabilise amid production cut rumours
Production cut rumours raised Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures from Tuesday night, but the entry of shorts suppressed futures on Wednesday afternoon. Subsequently, steel futures still closed level from the previous day, Kallanish notes.
