Steel Dynamics orders water treatment equipment for Indiana
US steel producer Steel Dynamics Inc has ordered a water treatment plant from equipment provider Danieli for its Columbia City, Indiana, mill, Kallanish learns from a Danieli announcement.
The order was placed in tandem with an order for a new billet welder and spooler line for the structural and rail minimill.
The treatment plant is expected to be commissioned by the third quarter.
