Steel Dynamics names Millett chairman
Steel Dynamics Inc president and ceo Mark Millett is taking on an additional executive title, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Millett has been named chairman of the company’s board in addition to his other titles, replacing outgoing chairman Keith Busse.
The decision to award Millett the additional title was made at the company’s shareholder meeting on 19 May.
