Steel Dynamics creates new positions for new mill
US steel producer Steel Dynamics Inc has added two new executive positions, overseeing the Southwestern US and Mexico markets as well as special projects, Kallanish understands.
Miquel Alvarez will serve in the newly created position of senior vice president, Southwestern US and Mexico, beginning 1 February. Alvarez most recently served as the president of Bluescope Buldings North America, and he was the president of North Star BlueScope Steel from 2010 to 2017.…
