Steel Dynamics completes acquisition of CSN Heartland
US steelmaker Steel Dynamics Incorporated (SDI) has completed its acquisition of Indiana-based Heartland Steel Processing from Brazil’s Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), both companies confirm to Kallanish. The deal had been signalled in mid-May.
