Steel Dynamics buys Mexican scrap processor
US mini-mill producer Steel Dynamics Inc has acquired Mexican scrap recycler Zimmer, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Financial terms for the buy were not disclosed, though Steel Dynamics notes that it was funded with available cash.
