Spain’s Tubacex sells Tubos Mecánicos to Hierros Añón
Spain’s Tubacex has sold its affiliate company Tubos Mecánicos (TM) to Hierros Añón group, the stainless seamless tubemaker tells Kallanish. The deal is valued at €25 million ($28m).
TM is a distributor of carbon steel bars and tubes purchased from third parties for industrial sectors. The company has six warehouses in Barcelona, Zaragoza, Alava, Galicia, Madrid and Valencia.
