Southeast Europe steel output rebounds in October
Southeast Europe (SEE) crude steel production increased year-on-year as well as on-month in October, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 417,100 tonnes, up by 24.6% year-on-year.
Output was 28% higher on September, when SEE production was 407,000t (see Kallanish passim).
January-October regional production increased by 37.8% on-year to 4.03 million tonnes.
