Vietnam fish deaths blamed on steelworks
Formosa Ha Tinh, the major new integrated steelworks in northern Vietnam, intends to begin production within two months, local sources tell Kallanish. The company is coming under scrutiny from local authorities, however, after mass fish deaths near a waste water outlet owned by the company.
