Siemens supplies substations to power Qatar Steel

Qatar General Water & Electricity Corporation (Kahramaa) has awarded Siemens a €790 million ($859m) contract to supply 35 substations that will power steel, as well as oil and gas and petrochemical plants in Mesaieed industrial area.
