Sibanthracite hits milestone coking coal output, expects growth
Russia’s Sibanthracite coal company, part of the Bashkir Industrial Holding (BIH), produced the first 1 million tonnes of coal in 2023 at its Verkhneteshsky open-pit mine, the company says.
According to the company’s production plan, the enterprise should reach annual production of 5mt by 2026, Kallanish notes.
