Shagang to halt HRC mill in March

Chinese steel producers have returned to the market after the holiday, but a handful of steel mills have announced they will conduct maintenance during the traditional peak trading season, Kallanish notes. Eastern China major steel mill Shagang plans to conduct a ten-day overhaul on its 1,700mm hot-rolling mill in early March.
