Shagang to limit November production
After Yonggang limited production by 46%, market sources have disclosed that Shagang will halt around 50% of production in November. This is mainly due to the requirements of the Shanghai Expo and the impact of the winter heating period restrictions on production in the Yangtze River Delta region, Kallanish notes.
