Shagang cuts HRC offers in November
Although spot prices have shown an upward trend, Shagang has still cut its hot-rolled coil prices in November, Kallanish notes.
Shagang's Q235B 5.5x1500mm HRC is now offered at CNY 3,700/tonne ($526/t) ex-works including VAT, down CNY 110/t from a month before. Meanwhile, the steelmaker plans to give a subsidy of CNY 150/t to agents which achieved their sales targets last month.
