Shagang adds overhauls for December
As the Chinese long products market has entered a period of decline, eastern Chinese steelmaker Shagang has added new maintenance plans for December, Kallanish notes.
Shagang plans to overhaul a 480 cubic-meter blast furnace for 21 days in early December, which is expected to affect 1,700 tonnes/day of iron output, and a total of 35,700t.
