Severstal postpones Tenaris OCTG joint venture
Russian vertically-integrated steelmaker Severstal has suspended the delivery of the joint venture project to manufacture welded and OCTG pipe in Russia. This is due to the current poor demand for the product, the company’s chief financial officer, Alexey Kulichenko, told media and analysts last week.
