Section 337 suspension carries little weight for imports
The temporary suspension of US Steel’s Section 337 antitrust and intellectural property theft suit by the US International Trade Commission is unlikely to affect import buying behaviour, market sources say.
The suit is being remanded to the US Department of Commerce until 2 October due to the nature of some of US Steel’s complaints, as Kallanish has previously reported.
