SeAH Steel begins import of scrap from China

Korean special steel producer SeAH Steel booked 20,000 tonnes of Chinese shredded scrap in April and signed a contract for another 10,000t in May. It has therefore become the first scrap importer from South Korea, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom).
