Seaborne iron ore upticks
Following its rather brisk price fall of last week, seaborne iron ore appears to have settled somewhat and has gently oscillated around the $60/tonne-mark since last Friday.
The Kallanish index for 62% Fe Australia fines gained $0.77/tonne to $60.52/dry metric ton cfr Qingdao on Wednesday. On the Dalian Commodity Exchange September iron ore recovered to CNY 472/t ($68.38/t), a CNY 9.5/t rise over the day. On the Singapore Exchange, June 62% Fe futures settled up…
