Schnitzer sees big earnings increase ahead
US metals recycler and longs producer Schnitzer Steel Industries sees its fiscal third-quarter earnings more than double compared with last year, Kallanish reports.
In the company's preliminary earnings, Schnitzer says it expects to make $1.22-1.28/share in the quarter ended 31 May, up from $0.56/share or $16 million.
