Schnitzer restarts shredding operations at Massachusetts facility
Portland, Oregon-based US metals recycler and longs producer Schnitzer Steel Industries has restarted shredding operations at the company's metal recycling facility in Everett, Massachusetts.
According to an update from the company, shredding operations at its Everett recycling facility were resumed late last week after over a month and a half of being idled following damages incurred to the facilities' shredding equipment in early December.
