S+B expects return to profitability in 2017
Schmolz+Bickenbach (S+B) is optimistic it will significantly improve its figures in 2017, after the last two years were characterized by restructuring.
The company reported in 2016 a drop in sales by -2.2% to 1.72 million tonnes. Combined with lower average sales prices compared to the previous year, this resulted in revenues of €2.3 billion ($2.4 billion), a decline of -13.6% on 2015.
