Save-Ilva decree becomes law, commissioners sue Riva family
The decree aimed at activating and facilitating the sale of Italy’s Ilva has been officially converted into law, Kallanish learns from an Italian senate announcement. The measure, approved with 157 votes in favour, 95 against and three abstentions, sets 30 June 2016 as the deadline by which the commissioners of the group should carry out the procedures for the sale.
