Sangang invests in new Yixin Steel plant
Fujian Sangang Minguang's listed arm has signed a cooperation agreement with Yixin Steel to upgrade Yixin's steelworks. According to the company's report, Sangang will hold 51% of a new joint venture company, Kallanish notes.
The new plant will have 2.18 million tonnes/year of iron capacity and 2.55m t/y of steel capacity, including 1.22m t/y of iron capacity quota and 1.35m t/y of steel capacity quota contributed by Sangang. This…
