Samarco’s pellet production reaches record in May
Brazilian iron ore miner and pellet producer Samarco, co-owned by Vale and Australia's BHP, says that its pellet production reached a monthly record high in May, Kallanish notes.
The company resumed iron ore production in December 2020 operating one of its three concentrators at the Germano Complex and one of four pellet plants at the Ubu Complex in Minas Gerais.
