Sail signs term sheet for ArcelorMittal JV
Steel Authority of India (Sail)’s board of directors has approved the signing of a legally non-binding term sheet with ArcelorMittal for entering into a joint venture to produce automotive sheet. Definitive agreements will be finalised later subject to financial viability, the Indian state-owned steelmaker informs.
