SAIL selects Primetals for IISCO stove addition
State-owned steelmaker Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has ordered a new internal combustion chamber type stove from Primetals Technologies, Kallanish notes.
The new hot-blast stove will be the fourth stove addition at SAIL’s Indian Iron and Steel Company (IISCO) steel plant located at Burnpur, Asansol city, West Bengal. It will be added to IISCO’s blast furnace number 5, called Kalyani.
