Ryerson buys Georgia fabricator
US service centre chain Ryerson has bought Lavonia, Georgia-based fabricator Fanello Industries, Kallanish reports.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Ryerson notes that the blanking, stamping, and machining company has an average annual revenue of $20 million.
Fanello primarily serves the south-eastern US market.
