Ryerson acquires stainless processor
US service centre chain Ryerson has acquired stainless and nickel alloy processor Guy Metals of Hammond, Wisconsin.
Guy’s products are primarily destined for the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and beverage industries, Kallanish notes.
Financial details of the buy were not given, though Ryerson notes that Guy’s annual revenue is about $35 million.
