Ryerson acquires fabricator Laserflex
US service centre chain Ryerson has acquired metals fabricator Laserflex, Kallanish reports.
Laserflex specializes in original equipment manufacturer parts and holds locations in Columbus, Ohio, and Wellford, South Carolina. The company’s annual revenue is about $25 million.
