Ryerson acquires Apogee Steel
US-based service centre chain Ryerson has acquired Canada’s Apogee Steel Fabrication.Terms of the deal were not disclosed, Kallanish notes.
Apogee is a carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium sheet metal fabricator providing shearing, punching, forming, and laser cut processing services out of Mississauga, Ontario.
