Russia’s stainless steel imports decrease in November
Russia’s imports of stainless steel scrap increased in January-November, with the main supplier again being China, says national special steel association USSA.
Russia’s 11-month stainless intake was up 12.4% on-year to 412,220 tonnes, Kallanish notes. However, in November alone imports amounted to 44,050t, down by 2.5% compared with October.
