Russia’s stainless output rebounds slightly in December
Russia’s production of stainless steel increased in December, show national statistical service Rosstat data monitored by Kallanish.
Output amounted to 16,800 tonnes, up by 3% on-year and 3.8% on-month.
Production of stainless steel in full-year 2020 also increased, by 1.3% on-year to 204,260t.
November output was more by 22.1% on-year to 16,200t, which was also up by 5.8% on-month (see Kallanish passim).
