Russia's September car production rebounds, but outlook negative
Carmakers in Russia continued to reduce production in January-September due to low demand, show national statistical service Rosstat data.
About 848,000 passenger cars were produced during the first nine months of the year, down by -25.9% on-year, Kallanish notes.
However, in September alone almost 142,000 cars were assembled, up by 5.7% on-year. The production of trucks in January-September amounted to 91,400 units, down by -16.5%, while 14,500 trucks rolled off…
