Russia’s scrap collection increases, market stable: Ruslom
Russia increased scrap collection in the first half of the year by 6% on-year to 11.2 million tonnes, Russian scrap metal association Ruslom tells Kallanish.
In January-June, scrap consumption in the country remained at the same level compared to the same period last year at 10.2mt. The situation on the domestic market for scrap collectors is stabilizing, the association claims.
