Russia’s car production falls slightly in June
Carmakers in Russia decreased production in June compared with the previous month amid the Ukraine war, Western sanctions and shortages of components.
Production amounted to 42,000 vehicles, lower by 0.6% compared with May. But this is 3.1 times more than a year earlier, Kallanish notes from national statistical service Rosstat data.
