Russian steel output decreases future in November
Russia’s steelmakers produced 53.4 million tonnes of non-alloy semi-finished steel in January-November, down -0.2% on-year, according to national statistical service Rosstat data monitored by Kallanish.
November alone saw output decrease by -11.2% on-month and -0.6% on-year to 5mt.
January-November finished steel output fell -0.3% on-year to 56.2mt. In November alone output decreased by -0.9% compared with November 2019 to 5.2mt.
