Russian Railways increases coal shipments in January-November
The Far Eastern Railway branch of Russian Railways increased deliveries of coal from January through November by 7.5% on-year to 31 million tonnes, Kallanish notes.
Loading from the Elginskoye field in Yakutia increased by 20% to 15.9mt.
In January-November, almost 23.8mt coal from the Far East deposits were exported via the Far Eastern Railway, up by 13.3% on-year.
